Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna is being reported as a new target for the Irons.
The Hammers are in a race for the £12 million Italian international as Slaven Bilic looks to add his main priority- a world class central defender to his Hammers mix.
Since his job interview with the Irons board – as reported here -Slav has made it clear this position is central to his plans for the Premier League campaign.
He believes needs a top class central defender to team with Winston Reid and The People claim first contact has been made.
These names are all rather similar when it comes to the unveiling we’ll have Victor so inns back,watch out at the back of the stands for wayward shots lol
Maybe when people see Slav wants a cb they will realize what we have aint up to the mark.We do need a better centreback.Since Slav came in the word has been this was one of the main areas he wanted strengthing.He is absolutely spot on.I dont get the idea we have enough quality cbs already.We dont & as a former cb Slav knows this himself.
