Hammer Declan Rice appeared on GMTV this morning with West Ham fan Ben Shepard and 81-year-old Any Old Irons fan Jo Roberts
The London Stadium displayed a message to promote a campaign to fight loneliness during the pandemic lockdowns which West Ham have supported.
Rice explained his involvement with senior fans and Any Old Irons explaining the Hammers are one massive family club and it is a privilege to give something back top to supporters like Jo adding that players love dining it.
Any Old Irons is part of the Football Friends programme. The initiative was set up to have the opportunity to connect with other fans and locals in their community, bringing them together for fun and friendship.
Those attending can also learn how to stay in touch with their fellow fans and the Club using digital technology. The project is open to any West Ham supporter over the age of 65.
