West Ham Joint Chairman David Gold has confirmed on twitter that a new West Ham shirt sponsor will be announced today.
And its likely it will be on our shirts to face Manchester United on Sunday. Alpari FX Trading went into administration on 16th January and administrators KPMG have said there are not enough remaining funds to carry on the three year sponsorship deal.
Speculation has suggested that our current Injury time partner Winner.co.uk has won the shirt sponsorship deal although I understand that is not the case and that another online betting company has won the race to be the brand on our shirts.
The new deal is said to worth more than the £4m sponsorship we lost through the collapse of Alpari.
We should expect an announcement this morning.
