Significant absentees as Everton wait for Irons

|

The Hammers will face a below par Everton at Goodison Park tomorrow but, not unexpectedly, injuries in the hosts’ camp will not be as significant as believed.

The Toffees boss Marco Silva has revealed that things aren’t quite as bad as has been declared over recent days during his presser before the game.

He explained that  Idrissa Gueye, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Theo Walcott would all be available and whilst not confirming his involvement, declared that  Yerry Mina had also also taking part in full training.

However the injury list remains significant and perhaps tilting things towards the Irons with likes of experienced Seamus Coleman, Michael Keane, Phil Jagielka and James McCarthy all still missing.

Jack Wilshere is the only previous regular first teamer definitely ruled out for the Hammers as Manuel Pellegrini attempts to put the Hammers first points of the season on the board following and intense training period – and  during the international break.
