Striker boost for Hammers

Britain West Ham ValenciaExclusive

West Ham are hoping that Enner Valencia will be back in action earlier than expected and be ready for the Christmas programme!

The Ecuador international is recovering from a new ankle injury sustained in the clash against Everton but hopes are high that he will be back for the crowded programme against Villa, Southampton and Liverpool over Christmas and the New year.

Early thoughts had been that the player would be sidelined for eight to ten weeks but that has now been revised and hopes are on the rise that he will players his part and give the Irons a Christmas present!

We were told by a reliable source: “It’s impossible to be absolutely spot on with these things but the report is he is making very decent progress.

“We would be hopeful of having him back for the festive programme which after all the recent problems would be a massive result for us.”

You must miss Carlton and Nolegs so much MM,
Brilliance is something the 2 above could never produce,
Can’t wait to have another world class player that Mr Marinio was willing to pay £18 million last year I wonder what he saw in Enner that you could not see,
    Hope the rumours are true

Umm – can’t say I’ll be holding my breath waiting for his comeback – he’s been disappointing, a couple of flashes of brilliance early on but he hasn’t kicked on – very much a peripheral figure!

Great news if it’s true. Clubcall have already pillaged this story, quoting “rumour”s and “reports suggest” 🙂
