Striker hope for Moyes

David Moyes looks likely to have Michail Antonio available for the game at Nottingham Forest as he looks for his first win in eight games.

The No 9 has been out of action since the last international break but is understood to have been training with the squad over the last 10 days.

Given the lengthy absence it would be a surprise were he to be in the starting line up and the club is refusing to offer any confirmation one way or another describing the information as confidential when we inquired this morning.

However, Moyes has been claiming for the last couple of weeks that the 33 year old is close to a return and that he has been training suggests he may now be ready.

Danny Ings will also be in the frame for a starting position which could allow the manager to return Jarrod Bowen to his best position on the right wing.

Lucas Paqueta looks set to remain unavailable which is another game which Moyes will be seeing as an opportunity to turn things around.
