|
BBC Three has followed different groups of people taking on huge challenges, shining a light on the lives and experiences of young people today.

In the BBC series 19-year-old Jack Sullivan steps up as the Managing Director of West Ham United women’s team.

The BBC film crew follow West Ham United women’s team and their 19-year-old Managing Director Jack Sullivan in his first full-time job since leaving school at 16. As women’s football gains popularity, the team makes its debut in the professional Women’s Super League, and Jack’s dad West Ham Chairman David Sullivan tasks him with transforming the women’s club fortunes. With exclusive behind the scenes access, this is a revealing and intimate look at what it takes to be a professional female footballer in today’s game, and whether a loveable but inexperienced teenager can change the face of women’s football. Filmed and released across the season, the first two episodes will be released on BBC Three on Wednesday 5th December.
