Arsenal fan Jake Coare is walking to all six London Premier League grounds tomorrow in a 30-mile trek in total called #JakesWalk to raise money and awareness for Autism and mental health.

The London football supporter suffers from Asperger syndrome and mental health issues but says he now is doing a charity walk and to raise money for Calm and the national autistic society.

His marathon walk begins at 6 am on Tuesday morning at Crystal Palace’s Selhurst Park then Fulham’s Craven Cottage at 9.45 am,  he should reach Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge at 1oam and Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium at 1 pm,  from there it is on to the new Spurs Stadium by 2.45 pm with Jake planning to finish at West Ham’s London Stadium at 5 pm with a celebration party afterwards in Stratford.

Jake has already raised 90% of his fundraising target at over £,4000 from £4,500.
