Ten thousand receive tickets

|

Ten thousand lucky West Ham season ticket holders and bondholders received electronic tickets via Email this evening.

Supporters were sent their digital tickets after filling out two health questionnaires which are part of neew protocols for the Premier League.

Ticket holders will need to show a photo ID and wear a mask within the London Stadium except when they are eating and drinking.

Ticket holders have been advised to turn up  60 minutes before kick-off on Sunday to allow time for the new checks.

Digital tickets containing QR codes can either be loaded onto mobile phone within digital wallets or use a barcode to print at home.

All supporters must sign up to a new code of conduct and must observe social distancing at all times

Sunday match goers should avoid hugs, high-fives, handshakes and any close contact with people not in your bubble

Would be nice of west ham to send etickets to all emails I’ve been sent 2 tickets on 1 phone what a shambles

    • I’m guessing that’s because you’re in a ‘network’ or ‘hub’ with someone and chose to link your tickets. If you buy concert tickets aren’t they ‘all’ sent to one address? Can you not just screenshot the ticket and pass it on? Just a thought!

    Paid for tickets on Tuesday.
Filled out out health checks five times and they still keep sending us reminders to fill out the forms.
    Consequently we haven’t had e-tickets.
    There a shambles west ham

Didn’t get mine from any of the lotteries, but the last chance sale on Thursday.

What surprised me was the amount of tickets that seemed available, there seemed loads.

I think its was down to that you had to Opt Out for a ticket and a lot didn’t bother and subsequently got picked in the lottery and then didn’t purchase.
