The keeper just got lucky!

The penalty miss by Jarrod Bowen eventually proved crucial as the Hammers sunk to another defeat by Liverpool last night but CandH follower Michael Miller refuses to blame the No 20. Here he explains why!

It wasn’t a great penalty and at a beautiful height for their keeper who just guessed right, but that’s football, the keeper got lucky!

West Ham were really passive in the first half, sitting back and letting Liverpool play their own game, which was  very disappointing – the Second Half was like chalk and cheese, we took the game to them and put them under pressure with a couple of good chances!

What the game plan was I haven’t a clue, but my overall opinion was a of a chances missed – Liverpool are vulnerable this year and we gave the too much respect! 🙄

Oh, and as an afterthought – Dawson was badly missed and Kehrer is much better as a right-back than as a Central Defender.
