The return of Declan Rice

One thing that has been overlooked in the outcry following yesterday’s game is that we saw the return of Declan Rice, – and some people booing him WRITES CandH FB follower David Pitchford.

Those people need reminding that with the £100 plus million we got for him, we bought Kudus, JWP, and Alvarez – all terrific signings. But what has happened to those terrific signings?
JWP started brilliantly but seems to have faded of late, same could be said of Kudus. Only Alvarez still consistently shows his quality. Does this just underline how much we miss Paqueta or is it anther product of Moyes brilliant coaching?!! 🤔
Our football has been poor for a long time now, and remember last year we were relegation candidates for a while.
On MOTD they pointed out what we have all seen, that we stand off, and don’t press anyone. We give the opposition the freedom of the park. We don’t compete.
Our first instinct is to pass backwards, or hit an optimistic punt down field which just returns the ball to the opposition. Have the players given up on Moyes?
Just awful to watch, and if Moyes stays, I will not be renewing my season ticket. Why would I spend my time and money to watch us being second best in every game?
