The season of BBC’s Britain’s Youngest Football Boss comes to a dramatic end as West Ham Women and their 19-year-old Managing Director Jack Sullivan, are thrust into the media spotlight as the team make their first ever appearance in an FA Cup Final at Wembley.

Behind the scenes, a meeting with his dad, West Ham Chairman David Sullivan, soon focuses Jack’s attention on the future and most importantly, the challenge of being bigger and better in every department next season.
