Ticket exchange is down before big game

|

TicketofficeThe Ticket Exchange facility has been unavailable again for season ticket holders. The scheme run by Ticket Master has been beset with technical for last two home games at the London Stadium but West Ham supporters claiming they have missed out on re-selling their tickets for games they can’t make.

One such fan wrote to West Ham Chairman David Gold on twitter saying “Thanks to the west ham ticket exchange not functioning I am unable to sell my sons Christmas present of Newcastle tickets (we can no longer attend) It’s been down for 24 hours. I’m 65 quid down. Any suggestions?”

Claret and Hugh understands that the Ticketing website run by Ticket Master is suffering technical problems since an upgrade but season ticket holders are still able to call the Ticket Office number 0333 030 1966 to list their tickets manually over the phone.
