Ward-Prowse update for City clash

Despite social media speculation that James Ward-Prowse may be missing from the match against Manchester City Claret and Hugh has been told the player is currently fit and ready to be included in the squad.

JWP took a knock in training and although he was found to be ok was given time off before returning to training this week.

However, it was learned the midfielder had been missing from Rush Green on Monday sparking fresh rumours that he may be in trouble.

The former Southampton skipperĀ  has been in outstanding form since he joined the club playing a major part in the unbeaten start to the season.

And it appears that could continue on Saturday afternoon with the player now reportedly ready to strut his stuff against the League leaders.

Our key London Stadium source explained there was no problem saying’ james is ok and set to be involved in the game this weekend.
