West Ham will move to replace bad boy Dimitri Payet with a £20million bid for Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson claim the Daily Express. The report claim Bilic has singled out Icelandic star Sigurdsson, who has scored five goals this season as the man he wants to step into the shoes of Payet. However, Paul Clement says he has no intention of allowing Sigurdsson to leave Swansea City in this transfer window.
He said: “You need to keep your best players and Gylfi and Fernando (Llorente) are two of the best players the team has got.
“You’d possibly expect interest in them, but they’re signed and contracted here and I want to keep them.”
The set-piece specialist signed a new four-year deal in August.
Everton are also interested Sigurdsson and said to be prepared to pay up to £25m to capture him.

Brilliant to see Marcus Browne has signed a new contract.Could be a star in the making that boy.
Gunna go much further in the game than the likes of Samuelsen & Cullen. Both good players but you watch Brownie go.
Yeah really happy about that, he can play left wing, i hope he gets some first team experience this season along with Martinez, he is quick, direct, has an eye for a pass and can score goals, great for counter attacking.
I proper like him but prizing him away from swansea will be difficult.Cant see it meself.

I like Sigurdsson a decent player for sure but Swansea won’t sell in this window not with a new manager.
I’ve liked Sigurdsson for a long time, £20m for a 30yo player seems a lot when Depay could be a similar price?
