andre-ayew-west-ham_3766957Hammer and Ghana deputy captain Andre Ayew is a subject of £202,000-a week wage deal from Al Ain with the UAE top-flight side keen on tempting West Ham with a  £20.2m to grab the player who they signed in the summer for £20.5m.

According to reports, the Arabian Gulf League side, coached by Croatian tactician Zlatko Dalic, has offered a fee of $25 million US dollars for the Hammer.

Ayew has struggled to maintain his form since joining getting injured on his debut for West Ham after joining from Swansea City.

The 26-year-old has scored just once in 11 League matches for West Ham this season.

The former Olympique Marseille star and Ghana U20 World Cup winner could be joining countryman Asamoah Gyan in the Arabian Gulf League.

I must admit he’s been underwhelming and has never really shown anything, I know he’s been injured and that but I’d be sorely tempted to cash in!

  • aol says:

I would snatch their hands off. His style doesn’t suit our team at all.

  • West Ham Fan No 32 says:

Ayew will find form at some point, you don’t become a bad player overnight he just needs a run of games.

  • GW says:

So we’ve got a forward that scored goals in the PL last season that needs to go and we’re after a forward who has never scored in the PL that we should get? Now I might be a bit on the slow side but that doesn’t make much sense 🙂

  • kcockayne says:

What are we waiting for ? Goodbye Ayew. We’ve not seen anything from you that remotely suggests that you are worth more than £1million – if that ! Snatch their hands off !

    • GW says:

Yeah lets get rid he’s been with us for a whole 4 months and been injured eh? I must be too old school wanting to give a player more than 4 months to prove himself and more than 9 games 🙂

  • Radai Lama..Out of contract & available says:

Shouldnt Ayew be given time after is injury to get back up to speed .Dont some fans always give China Doll that half dozen or so of games leeway or is it only given to him 😁

  • hammer8909 says:

It wasn’t that long ago some Chinese club were ready to buy Andy Carroll. This time of years so many players have moves reported every 5 minutes just to sell a paper!

    • West Ham Fan No 32 says:

Thats why they call him the China doll, plus his legs can also be used as chopsticks and they can use his hair for birds nest soup. It’s all about the recycling.

  • Stinger says:

Christ please let this be true. He is an awful awful awful player. He was at Swansea, he is with us and he will be no matter where he ends up. The fact we even parted with £1 for him, let alone £20 million is just stunning.

Swansea fans were not sad to see him leave either and were shocked they got as much for him as they did.

  • Eug says:

    TAKE IT!

  • Radai Lama..Out of contract & available says:

Thats it then you got to go Ayew. The tranfer commitee have spoken lol 😁
Meanwhile Nobes will plod around & be called immense by some because ‘ he’s one of our own’ 😁😁

  • Carrerageorge says:

I agree he hasn’t had enough time to show what he can but if we bought well first it seems to make sense.

  • Stratford E20 says:

We don’t know enough about him to make the decision. However, Swansea fans know him and say that he is very lazy and not worth £10m.
    Verdict: sell the donkey!
