West Ham shareholder sells up

|

News of the percentages of West Ham’s holding company appears to show that one minority shareholder has sold their interests in the club.

Yesterday, West Ham updated their corporate ownership section to show the new ownership of shares following the official announcement that Czech billionaire Daniel Křetínský has invested £150 million in the club

David Sullivan and his trust remain the largest shareholder and now own 38.8% of the shares of parent company WH Holding following the dilution of his 51.1%  ownership percentage.

1890s holdings a.s now owns 27.0% of WH Holding and belongs the second-largest shareholder with Daniel Křetínský the company owner.

The third-largest shareholder is David Gold and his company who reduce their shareholding to 25.1% from 35.1% due to dilution of the issuing of new shares.

WHU LLC owned by Tripp Smith is down from 10% to 8.0% following dilutionwhilst other investors now own just 1.1% down from 3.8%. These included Daniel Harris and his family and Terry Brown suggesting one of them have sold their shares.

Brown is thought to be that minority shareholder holding just over 1%.

John Harris and his family previously owned 75 shares of WH Holding or about 2.7% of the available shares.

Harris estate owned 31 shares while two Daniel Settlement funds held 44 shares.

John sadly passed away last year with his son Daniel Harris remaining on the board as a non-executive director.

They now appear to have sold their shares to Daniel Křetínský but we will need to wait for Companies House documents to be filed for confirmation.
