West Ham voice doubts over Hammer’s future

The Italian has had a dreadful injury record during his first season which gave him little chance perhaps to show his form.

But the club remain concerned that he decided to change agents during the campaign with tumours immediately emerging that her was looking for a move back to Europe.

A knee problem which took only limited time to fix under the knife has in fact seen him out of action ever since following a problem sustained in hios nation’s international against Malta in March.

He played his last game for the Hammers against AEK Larnaca in the Conference League when scoring the last of his seven goals from the club, three of which came in the Premier League.

Nopw a Hammers source has raised some doubts about his future telling Claret and Hugh: “We are told there is no problem by his representatives but one has to wonder!”
