A knee problem which took only limited time to fix under the knife has in fact seen him out of action ever since following a problem sustained in hios nation’s international against Malta in March.

He played his last game for the Hammers against AEK Larnaca in the Conference League when scoring the last of his seven goals from the club, three of which came in the Premier League.
