Mauro Zarate wants a fresh start under Slaven Bilic and says West Ham is still a club he loves.
Zarate is quoted in the Daily Mirror as saying “It is an exciting time for the club and I want to be part of that. I know the new manager had a good relationship with his players at Besiktas and I want to work hard to become a part of his plans.
“West Ham is still a club that I love. I have been training hard and I am looking forward to showing that I can still be an important player for them.”
Earlier this David Gold said “The slate has been wipe clean and under Slaven everybody will get their chance”
Good news. In a team playing more adventurous football, and a squad severely lacking creativity/the surprise element, Zarate could be very important to us.
Good but he needs to understand he is not Messi and may have to spend time on the bench,he needs to play out of his skin regularly to keep Valencia or Downing out of the team
But I am pleased he is ready for the challenge
Me too. With the right manager i think he will shine! His destiny is in his hands.
Leave off the burgers mauro and show us we know you are capable of.
Show us what*
Another quick footed creative player that didn’t get game time because he wouldn’t play Flintstone football, same situation as Nene. Scored 2 and created 7 in 7 games apparently (here is the city stat, I’m no wetpants stat fanatic)
