Ten thousand fortunate fans are holding a key to the Hammers greatest success in decades in the palms of their hands on Sunday afternoon.
They have the wonderful job of giving massive support to a squad of players who given them everything over the past 11 months and now need them really badly.
Last night’s victory was one of guts and courage from a team which frankly starts to look more than a bit more fatigued and in need of a massive boost.
The 10,000 can give them that as we look forward to ‘Bubbles’ being roared around the stadium along with nothing but wholehearted support whatever happens in the game..
West Brom showed last night that there will never be any easy games as they fought harder and produced some better football than many would have thought possible.
They played with freedom and we can probably expect much the same from Southampton.
But you – those 10,000 fans – can lift our guys. Give it loud and give it large…the squad needs you so badly.
