Burke has Burnley chances

Reece Burke may be handed another opportunity to impress at the weekend with Winston Reid still rated only 60/40 against chance of returning from a hamstring injury.

There is no planned return date for the newly signed-up central defender and should he fail to make it, an interesting situation develops for the fans.

For we will discover whether Sam Allardyce was sufficiently impressed with Burke to trust him against Burnley or whether he will go for the safety first policy of playing Cheik Kouyate at the back.

Diafra Sakho remains sidelined and James Tomkins hopes of returning before the end of the season seem to be receding whilst Andy Carroll is set for a return on the first day of next season.

Why move Kouyate we need him there to do Nolans work,
Burke earnt his place why should he loose it ?
He wants to look at the problem area,s
Play Nene up top with Valencia, with Downing floating behind,
Kouyate Poyet and Alfitano or Song and last weeks back 4 and keeper,
    Noble,Oxford,Nolan,Song or Alfitano,Jarvis on the bench + a keeper,
You can still play for 0-0 BFS and show some ambition while your at it
Please leave Nolan on the bench unless we have 5 bad injuries or don’t pick him
BFS OUT ( Hugh we need a vote )
