Surprise act to perform LIVE at Boleyn Ground

|

CockneyRejectsCockney Rejects have recorded a single to mark West Ham moving from Upton Park or Boleyn Ground as we prefer to call it. “Goodbye Upton Park” will be released through Cadiz Music on Tuesday 10th May, the date of the last home game and the band will perform it live at the ground before kick-off.

Brothers Jeff and Mickey Geggusare are life-long West Ham fans.

In 1980, the Cockney Rejects reached No. 35 in the charts with their punk take on West Ham’s terrace anthem I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles. This meant that on May 22nd 1980, The Cockney Rejects appeared on Top of the Tops, decked out in West Ham shirts surrounded by pretty bubbles in the air, of course.
