Poll: Which Hammers strikers should go?

|

It’s Claret and Hugh poll time again and we are asking Hammers supporters a simple question.

We want to know whether injury ravaged strikers Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho should be retained for next season or whether we should ditch one or the other or both.

Is it time to start over with either or both of them gone!

I was hoping to see whether Sakho could show that he is now fully fit & committed again. He hasn’t done that so I think he should go. Carroll has had more of a chance to stake his claim but has failed yet again. I like both strikers but we have got into this season’s mess partly because we gambled on both & lost. So although finding fit strikers to take their places won’t be easy I think that should be the aim. I am so fed up looking forward to a game at the weekend then end up watching the like of Callieri Fletcher – not to mention Zaza. Time for a change!

Perhaps second thought on my vote for both to go. I know it isn’t an option in the vote, but it depends on who they can get in. Given our track record we will be lucky to see ONE class replacement, let alone two. So I say get one in & keep one of AC & Sakho for now. Decide which one to keep by making them have a race from one end of the OS to the other. The one who doesn’t pull a muscle, fall over & break a finger nail, get lost on the halfway line or pull up complaining of chest pains gets the gig as back up striker.

It’s just so pointless. Sakho WILL go because his relationship with Slaven and the club and probably the fans too has reached breaking point. One way or another he has to go. Big Andy WONT be going nowhere (sorry GW) because he has 2 or 3 years left on his contract, he’s happy and married to an Essex girl and no one will buy him because of his injury record. He will stay and play a part from the bench and/or start depending on injuries (his) and our new marquee strikers form.

There you go. No vote required.

I agree AC won’t go anywhere, which is fine as long as we can afford him as an impact sub and don’t rely on him.

Well i voted because i wanted to.Ok with you young John?? lol.
Much as you convinced me i didnt need to i had second thoughts and after careful consideration decided maybe the world according to John might just be wrong lol

I voted too Stanley. Lmao if there are buttons and options to vote on then I can’t help myself 😂😂

I voted to get rid of Sakho but keep Carroll because I’d miss GWs commentary on his atributes. 😂😂
