Irons may get late offer for midfielder

|

andrew-ayew-west-ham_3766955West Ham are still waiting for a firm bid  from Swansea for Andre Ayew after making it clear that thus far there has only been a loan offer for the Hammers misfit.

Report this morning claim that the struggling Swans are ready to launch an £18 million bid for their former player having offered £15 million so far.

The reality is, however, there is no bid on the table although with clear interest in taking him Swansea obviously hold an interest and it t COULD be assumed a deal might happen if the Hammers can find a replacement given their seriously depleted squad.

In the meantime injury claims are surrounding the player and it will be interesting to see how quickly they clear up following the closure of the window whether he is at the London Stadium or back in Walhoales.

Meanwhile, ClaretandHugh has learned that the Irons are ready to go to £20 million for Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney although the Championship club are believed to want £40 million – more than what was being asked for William Carvalho in the summer!

I will be stunned as am sure will many of us if Swansea offer the reported £18m for him.

Will the last one out please turn the lights off.
If everyone left who has been linked with a move there wont be enough left to put out a full squad. shame we can’t get rid of AC & Hart, that alone would free up a massive amount of ca$h for new player wages. How many £m’s have been wasted on AC, he should be embarrassed to collect his wages each week.

Agree like Ayew or not brings a lot more to us then Hart. Same w Sakho.
And Moyes as said he knew about Sakho selling from start should of had a plan. We waited to late.
And if we sell Ayew Ki or Mesa should come the other way bc we are helping a rival and need a ball playing mid or DM Mesa is both & Ki is good passing get fwd.

We have 11 senior players out of 21 man squad.
We put it off to late then injuries happened which should of expected way things are going.
Need CF DM Or CM & RB or RW in 3 days
