Anderson: They think it is all over. It is now!

|

FIFA agent Vincenzo Morabito has told RMC Sport officially that the move by Felipe Anderson from lazio to the Irons is now dead.

He said:  ‘Felipe Anderson to West Ham will not be done’ adding that  the request for 40 million is too high with the Hammers offering 35 million.

He explained: West Ham will now turn to other targets and give up on Felipe Anderson having found negotiations with (Lazio President) Lotito impossible’

This report finally matches what Claret and Hugh have reported on several occasions, although the £30.7m transfer bid had add-ons worth £6m bringing the total package closer to £37m. If true it appears that the Hammers have lost patience waiting for Lazio and decided to call their bluff.

For weeks Italian media has been saying that the  Anderson transfer is hours away from completion while West Ham club insiders told us they made a take it or leave it bid some time ago.

Lazio appears to be playing games and it was quite right of the Hammers to draw a line in the sand. Is this the last we will ever hear on the Anderson saga. Probably not!

Why couldn’t we get this one over the line , I really wanted Anderson . Any chance we could reignite the interest in him .

    • Mr Buddy Lurve says:

We couldn’t get it over the line because Lazio are being difficult. We could get it over the line by paying more money, which would be silly. The club have decided on his worth to us, and quite rightly don’t want to pay more for him.

I feel sorry for the lad, who it seems wanted to come. Makes me wonder though; how many £30m Brazilian players are there that can’t get into their World Cup squad?

We have a lot of fat ladies down here in Australia, and I haven’t heard any of them singing just yet!!
That said, Bernard would be a stunning signing instead; runs like the wind, bipedal, tons of natural flair, and has excellent movement, ball skills, and more than an adequate shot with either foot; could be ‘the utility play-maker sent from heaven’.

We should have football ‘wi-fi’ permanently inserted at every major football club in Brazil.
They have football brilliance in their DNA, and when at the top of their game, it is shear poetic beauty to watch these guys play.

If Lazio have really been offered £35m then I expect in a week or two this will be done, I suspect knowing DS when the truth comes out they will have been offered a lot less, Lazio need allegedly to raise money no one else seems interested in Felipe Anderson which if he was as amazing as they say I find odd, the whole transfer itself seems a bit iffy but then he is with Kia Joorabchian so what should we expect other than Tevez and Mascherano this is the way every transfer deal with him goes.

    • Max Willow says:

Anderson is good, but his mate Bernard is stunning-fast as Antonio and comes with heaps of skills; bipedal attributes allows him to play on either side of the park. One or the other of these options + win/win scenario!

Well that’s a big surprise 😂😂😂another big transfer we can’t get done to go along with lacazette. Bacca carvhallo ….we don’t want to pay an extra 3 mill but we are ok wasting 20 mil on silly loan deals ..like evra arbeloa the list goes on ..sometimes you just have to pay over the odd to get the big ones done …

  • Clive says:

Bernard is good on Fifa I must admit. So small, you can literally run him through your opponents legs. He could now practice this in real life by running between the legs of Issa Diop in training.
