Antonio signs new Hammers deal

A Hughie Southon Exclusive for Claret and Hugh

But Claret and Hugh has learned exclusively from its key contact that the 33 year old No 9 agreed a new one year deal with the Hammers three weeks ago and it has a one year option attached to it.

It’s great news for the Hammers because despite him reaching the near veteran stage, the striker we signed under Slaven Bilic from Nottingham Forest in 2015 remains in very good form as a one up forward.

Michail has spoken in the past about ending his career with the club and it looks highly likely that’s what he will now do. He has made 233 appearances for 63 goals during his Hammers career to date.
