Oliver took charge when the Irons were beaten 4-0 drubbing at Everton in November and was whistle man when we 3-2 at home against Spurs in September.
Stoke, meanwhile, have won eight of their 23 league games with Oliver in charge.
Controversial referee Michael Oliver will take charge of the match between West Ham and Stoke City on Monday evening.
The Northumberland official will arrive at the London Stadium following the row which saw him award a dodgy penalty for Real Madrid in the 98th minute of their clash against Juventus to ensure their place in the Champions League semi finals.
But it’s his record against the Irons which is of far more concern to the Hammers who have picked up four points from their last two games.
The club though have a dreadful record with Oliver in charge, winning two. drawing three and losing eight of the 13 games when he has been referee.

Dodgy?I thought it was clear cut penalty IMHO.
Don’t remember seeing his name on the team sheet . What a load of rubbish . It is the players that have a terrible record . The ref was not responsible for bad decisions that caused us to lose these games ( makes a change ) and as far as I can see the penalty was 100% correct as was the sending off .
In the 4-0 loss to everton, he gave us a penalty/.
Hhhhhhm… this article contains words… but I’m not sure that it actualy says anything though. .I haven’t done a Chi Square test on the numbers, but I’d put my house on the fact that 2/13 for West Ham wins under Oliver as compared to 8/23 for Stoke can hardly be statistically significant for such a small sample size. Or is it ‘Bad News for the Irons’ because Michael Oliver is bad referee? Surely that is bad news for both The Irons and Stoke? There’s ‘Fake News’ and then there’s ‘No News’… this is the latter.
IronMan, beautifully put.
