Callum Wilson hopes Irons fans give him stick

|

skysports-callum-wilson-bournemouth_4192388Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has sent a ‘give me stick’ message to the Hammers fans who are ready to do exactly that after his shocking extra time equaliser in the first game over Christmas.

Wilson appeared to be in an offside position when scoring with the ball appearing to roll down his right arm.

He then incensed us even more by referring to the goal as his “touch of magic” after cock up ref Bobby Madley overruled his assistant despite the two incidents.

Ahead of tomorrow’s game Wilson said: “I know it is probably going to be a little hostile when I get there but, as a striker, I feed off things like that. It makes you raise your game so, hopefully, that is what happens.

“I seem to do well against them. I have scored a few goals so, hopefully, I can continue the form I am in at the moment.

“For anybody, when you are getting booed away from home, you are going to try to prove a point and, regardless of that, I just focus on my own performance and it will only be a boost.

“It is a massive game. They are in and around us in the league so we know how vital it is to make sure we keep picking up points.

Boss Eddie Howe e said: “If we can get all our attacking players in good form, confident and really believing in themselves then it will serve us very well.

“Callum and Jordon are big players for us. We know the strength and creativity they bring and it is going to be really important they keep it going.

“It is good to see those players firing very well and it is good to see the team in a position to supply them as well.”

I’m not advocating violence, but a dead leg in the first 5 minutes to shut the smarmy muppet up wouldn’t be a bad thing.

If it takes that amount of ‘internal aggro’ to get Callum going, then he may run out of ideas while working out how to score a goal. Rest assured, he will get plenty of stick, for better or worse. Hopefully Lanzini and Arnie will do the work before Callum and Jordan get into first gear!

I still haven’t seen any explanation of why ‘successfully deceiving the referee’ by diving (which we are seeing is not that easy to pin down anyway) is treated differently than doing it in some other way- as this delightful little cheeky chappie did. Any proper refs out there who can explain? No not you Mike Dean – we want proper refs.

There aren’t any 64 ! Even with var they do what they want , to put referees in charge of var is the only way to keep the bias /cheating decisions not being dealt with in the manner var is to be used to combat the poor decisions , it should be an independent body of maybe managers not working at present and ex pro,s , even people who have their badges should be used , when it comes in there’s going to be the need for extra body’s for sure because there’s not enough cheating incompetent refs to go around , personally I think they’re out to make a mockery of the var system to maintain their grip on things , referees get a mark of between 4-6 on average when marked and in reality they should receive 7-9 as they only have to be fair to achieve it ? Var works but they will not make it work if left to them 😎

      +1 completely agree.

And seems since Wilson’s 2 ACLs can only score w arms done it twice.

Used to like Wilson but now he comes off cocky & well like a dick

Evidently deceiving the ref only counts for lanzini even though he was clipped ? But cheating with the hand in a decietfull way to score a goal is accepted , the same for madley who in a decietfull way ignored his lino and cheated ! I hope Wilson breaks his leg scoring a own goal
Which gives us a win ? His interview let everyone know how uneducated and disrespectful he is as a person ! Brain dead !! 😎
It was for deceiving the ref into awarding a penalty 64 ! FA rule lol! Flawed like the whole FA Syestem ! Just another bull💩 rule .cheating is accepted as long as its not West ham ?

Has Mad Bobby, or anyone in authority, ever explained his actions on that day? Surely an explanation is due if only out of courtesy and respect to our club and its supporters. OOPS! Oh yeah, sorry. Forgot who we’re dealing with.
