CandH Exclusive by Hughie Southon

West Ham have revealed exclusive.ly to Claret and Hugh that Sean Dyche is a highly improbable managerial target for the Irons.

And the club continue to make it clear that they are desperate for David Moyes to turn things around in order to make a replacement scenario unnecessary.

Immediate speculation that Dyche could be a favoured target began almost to the minute that Danny Ings was revealed as beingĀ  on his way to the club.

Ings was under Dyche management for four seasons at Burnley before moving on to Liverpool, Saints and Villa.

Having had his best years under Dyche it was believed that this was a big clue as to whom the Hammers would appoint if forced to sack Moyes.

But a key insider made it clear to us that Dyche was really not in the frame for a job with us saying: “Sean Dyche very unlikely. We still hope David Moyes comes good.”
