Cardiff City have reportedly made Hammer Robert Snodgrass one of their top transfer targets claims Wales Online. Neil Warnock wants a wide man with proven Premier League experience this summer, and in Snodgrass the veteran boss has identified a player he admires and has worked with before.
WalesOnline say they understand that Cardiff will make a move for Snodgrass in the coming weeks — preferably on loan — but West Ham may want to keep the Scottish international.
Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini is willing to give Snodgrass the chance to prove himself in pre-season after his £10.2million move from Hull City in January 2017.
The 30-year-old bid farewell to Aston Villa last week, where he spent the 2017/18 season on loan, after their 1-0 defeat to Fulham in the play-off final, prompting speculation about his future. Villa needs to plug a £45m black hole in their finances so a loan or permanent deal for Snodgrass is said to be beyond their financial reach.
Way too slow for us and pelle type of football. His not premier class anyway so sell sell sell
