Carroll back in international frame

AndyCarrollWestHam_2821401England boss Gareth Southgate will take a keen look at Andy Caroll when he watches the big man against West Brom on Saturday afternoon.

According to the Daily Mail, Southgate will be at the London Stadium to check out AC who is now back to his very best.

Carroll, 28, is expected to lead the line after bagging four goals in as many games.

Despite a nagging groin  AC has been involved in full training after scoring four goals in as many games and looking a massive threat.

He has played a major part in the turn around of the team’s fortunes and been a key figure in the team’s rise up the table to ninth place following the strike action by Dimitri Payet.

I hope that he doesn’t get the call. More games means more likely to get injured.

Next you’ll be saying our players always get overlooked.

I’m personally glad that he’s looking back to the player we originally paid out a hefty fee for and we’re getting exactly that.. albeit we’ve had a long wait……however if he gets a call up, then fantastic…it will give him huge confidence and one that he deserves credit for considering he’s been really unfortunate to pick up extensive injuries at the wrong times and has had to be patient whilst spending time to recover…the medical team need to take credit too for not rushing him back before he’s 100% fit as has maybe previously been done..HOPEFULLY!!!! he now realises how to look after his body and keep fit without over exertion….plus I’m damn sure wherever he goes May it be with England or west ham or even just on holiday he’ll have the medics on hand to ensure he sticks to the fitness regime programme that has gotten him thus so far ….. Good luck Andy …..keep up the good work 👏👏👏😉
