Dozens of West Ham supporters have called the ticket office and taken to social media to message the club to ask where their Leeds away tickets will arrive.
The Saturday game at Elland road has an away allocation 2,913 and the first 90% went to bondholders, away season ticket holders and season ticket holders with 13 priority points or more. The remaining 10% of the tickets were sold via a ballot of season ticket holders.
The club’s official supporter services Twitter account have asked supporters to be patient saying tickets should be received by Thursday just three days before kick-off and to only contact the ticket office if they are not received in Thursday’s post.
Supporters claim Southampton away tickets were late in their arrival by post and the late dispatch of t away paper tickets causes worry and limits the flexibility of the potential of travelling out early to Leeds.
The Weest Ham supporter services social media account has also advised that Europa League home tickets for next Thursday against Rapid Vienna at the London Stadium will be sent out by email on Wednesday (today) and Thursday (tomorrow). The West Ham Help account told one supporter the ticket office does not offer an option of printing tickets and all tickets will be digital on Email with a print at home option or a QR code sent to a virtual wallet.
