Congratulations to manager and medics on the big fella

|

Mikey Antonio will be back for the Irons tomorrow ( Sunday)  and thus far this season congratulations to the manager and medical staff’s handling of the player.

He has managed seven goals in the 11 games in which has appeared at Premier League and Europa League levels and appears to be as fit as a fiddle.

He and the club would certainly have had a conversation about his Jamaican international involvement and that  now appears to be at an end.

With the club having managed 16 goals in the Premier League, the argument for a striker seems a little less important than it was previously and there are just a couple of months ahead before that situation could well be solved.

We are a different team when the big fella is involved as Villa could well find, like a few before them, tomorrow.

I can’t wait to see him back in the team at Villa Park.

Over the years we have had plenty of medical science personnel, plus high profile names and over those years we have had players with repeat persistent injury’s that we never seemed to get to the bottom of.
Well, it does look like we have the right people in place at last, which you need at this level and especially with a smaller squad size.
I would also like to say a big congratulations to those staff as throughout this season they could well prove to be the difference between possible Champions League Qualification or not. COYI
