David Moyes received a huge boast of confidence from West Ham supporters with 98% of them saying he was the right manager to take the Hammers to the next level.
With over 1,000 voting in the Claret and Hugh Bank holiday poll just a tiny majority of 2% disagreed with his continued management of the club.
Contrary to nonsensical online social speculation, the club didn’t ask us to run the poll, or any others, and it was not designed to undermine the manager.
We remain entirely independent from the club and make our own editorial decisions – any other suggestion is a lie!
The poll results re-enforce the 58-year-old’s popularity among the fan base and silence the noisy minority who don’t think he is the right man for the job.
Moyes is poised to sign a new West Ham contract this week giving him another three years at the Hammers helm.
It is his just reward for saving West Ham from relegation in 2019/2020 and following it up with a top six finish and European qualification this past season.
In Moyes we trust!
Gobsmacked there is 2% against him, they must enjoy a bit of relegation now & then.
