Declan Rice smashes player ratings

|

Declan Rice has earned the highest ever Claret and Hugh player rating with an average score of 9.25 to win yet another C&H man of the match this season.

With over five hundred C&H readers voting the 19-year-old was praised not only for his match-winning goal but his passing and defending throughout the victory over Arsenal.

No-one could get close to Rice this week in the ratings with eight scored, Felipe Anderson was awarded second place with an average score of 7.98 closely followed by Samir Nasri with a 7.81 making his Premier League debut for West Ham by getting an assist.

Aaron Cresswell who has returned to form recently scored 7.58, followed by skipperMark Noble on 7.54,  Issa Diop on 7.53 and Pablo Zabaleta on 7.42.  Fabianski found himself way down the rating table on 7.39, perhaps an indication he didn’t have much to do while Angelo Ogbonna was the last of sevens on an average score of 7.1.

Top of the sixes was Michail Antonio on 6.98 followed by Robert Snodgrass on 6.53 then Andy Carroll on 6.31

The lowest score was reserved by Marko Arnautovic who looked disinterested and frustrated at times and readers accordingly rewarded with the lowest average score of the day with  6.03.
