England Hammers bromance blossoms

|

England Declan Rice has heaped praise on his West Ham and England teammate Jesse Lingard by saying “Jesse is just such a great character and he has just added a lot to West Ham. There is no doubt that he is one of the best players in the league right now in terms of form.

Technically, he is so good at getting into little spaces for midfielders to pass into and without him now at West Ham, I don’t know where we’d be.”

“Before he came to West Ham, a couple of the coaches and players asked what he was like and I said: “Wait ‘til he comes, you’ll see!” and I think in his first training session the lads were blown away by how good he was.”

Jesse posted a video on social of his teammate Declan picking up his second  England player of the match in consecutive games with Jesse himself picking up the other one in the international break to make it a West Ham hat trick of awards for England.

It appears there a bit of Hammers England bromance blossoming which could be good news for West Ham and David Moyes in improving their chances of Lingard and Rice staying at West Ham over the summer transfer window.
