  1. Only 22 games and we’re off to beautiful Basel

  2. Haha, yeah it is bloody long competiton. Now we need Matte to provide stats on every team in it so we can discuss each one & sound like experts 😀

    • ahahha… this stat is very simple. my sophisticated computer says:

take Klopp/De Boer/Ancelotti/Bielsa/Benitez and you’ll see your team till April

take McClaren/Pulis/Poyet/Cottee/ or other Sam’s Clone and your European adventure ends on 9 July…

My work is my passion… lol

  3. very happy to see us in europe again : just hope we get a manager in the next 2 weeks or it wont last long.. even then he will only have a couple of weeks to work with the squad before the first game.

  4. right now we dont have a manager or any first team coaches to take temporary charge ( they’re all of to manage other clubs lol.
What a senario ! we give the job temporary to Pottsy only for him to do so well that he gets it permanent ha ha ha
    stop dreamin …. wake up

  5. I think we play Red Lion Helsinki second XI in the first game so as it’s not the league stage we can respect the clean sheet……..oops I forgot he’s gone so we can really look forward to some european entertainment

  6. is the first round first leg the 02/07??

  7. On the plus side it might help attract a better manager… then again, as the transfer window doesn’t open until start july, we will still have the same team that done so well in the second half of the season (but without song, jenkinson & anyone else who’s contract runs out)
Hopefully we will have renewed hope & all the players don’t mind not having a rest this summer.
Can see us now in the sun shine, playing against a bosnians youth teams brothers best friends sisters B team. COYI

  8. BFS gone Europe on the horizon what could be better,
We are looking at a top manager for a change how long has that been ?
It’s starting to feel like the club I love and the fans are back, lots of banter mixed thoughts but all taken in good humour with respect
