• And this can only be done with a new manager who knows how to develop a squad of EPL minded and able players.
• Today Cresswell (who is not a great defender) and Zabaletha were left stranded trying to contain the CP wingers and wing-backs coming at them – whilst Fornals and Snoddy watched on without helping defensively. And what happened, with all the CP attacks which came to nothing, eventually the cracked our defense and scored the winning goals.
• Pelligrini and the overpaid/lazy players must go, asap … so we have a chance to change/improve and save the team before we are relegated.
Our players are lack lustre for one simple fact, we are a stepping stone team. Any West Ham fan that still doesnt2understand this is delusional.
There have only been 5 players that have consistently made an effort this season, not saying they’re our best but they’re the only ones who have fought for the badge. Rice, Cresswell, Snodgrass, Noble and Antonio. All british players who understand the club and don’t just coin out the scripted phrases of “the west ham way”.
The rest Im afraid have their eyes on their next move. They’re a team of mercenaries collecting a wage.
Pellegrini surely has to go, but I’ve no confidence whatsoever in the Board to appoint an able successor. Sooner or later you would think that with their track record of abject failure when running football clubs ( leaviing aside personal enrichment) that it would dawn on them to appoint people who know what they are doing and leave them to get on with it. Bit like Lewis does at Spurs with Levy, that kind of thing.

Glad I never bothered to renew my claret membership , we have been papering over the cracks for some time now and to be honest I can’t be bothered with watching any more the football is poor not even watched when on tv as the brand of football surged up is not West Ham style, I had the privilege to see some great teams in the past .
It’s a God awful mess and that joke of a board are just letting it carry on.What is wrong with them?.Its a massive rebuild for somebody because Pellegrini has run everything into the ground.
The board has to look at themselves in the mirror. They are just as bad as MG. Sort this mess out NOW or there will be consequences, like relegation. Get rid of him now get somebody with gresg ideas.
Don’t dismiss this straight away but I think Moyes is the best solution to this. He sorted our team out before when in this position and was hard done to in being released at the end of the season. The owners are too quick to throw money at “glam” managers like Pellegrini who does not know a good formation let alone players. Give Moyes an 18 month contract and see what he can do. Shift the deadwood like Wiltshire and Sanchez and blood the academy players who are eager to play for the badge.

It was a funny choice to begin with. Hoping to re-create a Man City of old with a fraction of the money. MP was able to buy talent in his previous Prem appointment. Unfortunately the success of the Transfers of Sanchez, Fornals, Roberto, Wilshire, Adjeti, is awful at best, by the Director of football. MP can’t close out a game. MP concentrates too much on attack and forgets the Defence. The two David’s really need to consider that their pockets are just not loose enough to compete in the top 10. MP is just old and burnt out, with little dimension to his football, the team can pick itself due to severe lack of quality in depth, therefore some players don’t need to bust a gut to get picked because they think there are special ….. Anderson …. your so lazy at times you should feel disgusted facing your team mates.

Personally I would definitely bring back some emerging talent and play a few youngsters over this bunch…. can’t get much worse….. oh and someone put Worzel Gummiddge back in his field pls.
I dont think you can credibly lay blame at the owners for hiring Pellegrini or the funds they provided when hired, but the small kitty last summer maybe. Now with this hot mess of giving him 1 game, 2 games to get a win then reset til the next run of defeats is not the way to run a football club at any level. Just be decisive for God’s sake!
Pellegrini was only ever going to be a success with a billion pound squad. We are ten years off that after we get new owners. Gold and Sullivan have paid for 1 star service to be upgraded to a 3 star service which we have now out grown. West ham is ready for a new chapter and a new owner to take us to a new level.
A low energy lack of pressing and poor defending yet again. Poor & why is Snodgrass playing instead of Anderson . I can’t see a win against Leicester playing like that we are in the c**p. So let’s see how we fill the stadium in the championship. Team not good enough not enough effort , whatever .
Hope Pelligrini is at Home now packing his bags . He’s breaking all the records , unfortunately they are for the rest of the Premiership . Please get rid of him before we have the biggest stadium in the championship .

Moyes is a championship manager now, the game has moved on since he was a solid premiership manager.
We need new ideas new structure and a man leading us who can get the basics right and as well as attract the right player.
The balance of the squad is non existent, we were crying out for a left back and 2 engine like midfield players last year to add to the squad instead we sold all our forwards and bought another Lanzini and a good forward who has been crying out for a partner and some service.
The goalkeeper costs us 6 matches but let’s be honest Pellegrini is an old man who went to China to retire and we brought him back, if the board cared he would of been sacked after Oxford this year.
They are also out of touch and should either sell or put in someone to run the club and pick a manager who will give us what we deserve, ela team that fights that is fit and that has a plan or 5!

Massively disappointing display from a team with no current ambition and destination best suited to the Championship.
All of these players bar Antonio and Snodgrass for me seem to currently show the desire to get goals and keep this club up. As for manager strategies, Winging it.. is as close to an accurate description as needed. And! Clueless, is the end result. The question for me is, how can such a big club spend so much money on players over the last year and get so little results in return…??? Its absolutely diabolical the way this club is run and there should be a change from boardroom downwards.. Sell to rich Arabs who care about they’re project unlike the current boardroom who treat this club like pair of shoes they have over worn and tossed under the stairs for moths.
