‘Give us a job’ Wilshere back on south coast

|

Jack Wilshere is currently training with Championship outfit Bournemouth in a bid to keep up his fitness during his search for a new club.

He has either chosen – or been told ‘no way’ – to any chance  of doing so in London with the Hammers.

That may well be as a result of the manner and attitude he displayed after coming to a  mutually agreed deal which most would feel was heavily weighted in his favour on leaving the London Stadium.

The cost to the club was ridiculous and it comes as no shock that he is still struggling to find any outfit ready to sign him either here, in Europe or north of the border.

He played less than 20 Premier League games  for the Irons in a shocking injury ravaged near three years.

Wilshere spent a loan period with the Cherries of course but there is no question of him returning as a player according to Bournemouth Echo .

I thought he was waiting for a club not like west ham.
I would have thought we are exactly the kind of club he’s looking for.
A 3 year deal on massive wages and no chance of playing 5 full games a season.
Every supporter who watched Wilshire before we signed him knew he was finished. Ask any Arsenal supporter and they would have told you his legs had gone.
    Not our scouts though…
This fella has got rich on past glories and must have the best agent in the world.
He will end up a non league player manager in 5 years.

On reflection, it makes my blood boil to know that all the hopes and prayers of supporters at different stages of Jack’s time spent here were wasted, as he was a Crock (of….) a long time before he arrived at this club and there was never any real chance of him playing his part from day one at this club.
He has an ego the size of planet Jupiter and is a legend in his own mind (with a fat bank account courtesy of WHUFC).
Let’s watch this car crash and see where it ends up?

He is now doing what he should have done when his contract was ended by MUTUAL consent – training and keeping quiet

The time for him to talk will be if and when someone is prepared to take a punt on him

  • Hammerpete says:

He has a history of getting fit enough just to sign the contract then gold-plate the sick note. West Ham’s Dick Turpin.

Yes The Cat you are so right
Wilshere the man who can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk(But he can leap out of a tumble dryer when he’s supposedly injured 😃)
