Hammers again linked to striker

ingsagonyWest Ham continue to be linked with Liverpool striker Danny Ings despite David Moyes making it clear the front positions are the lowest on his priority list.

The Hammers boss has made it clear that his priorities lie in midfield and used the match against to give Hammers under 23 and returned Bolton loanee Josh Cullen his opportunty to impress which he took well.

Moyes, meanwhile, remains linked to various players in that area of the pitch but this morning Ings has again been raised as a possible target.

OneĀ  report claims that West Ham have asked the Reds if the striker is available for a move from Anfield in the winter transfer window.

The 25-year-old joined Liverpool in 2015 from Burnley, but his career at Anfield has been disrupted by a series of injuries.

However, the report adds that West Brom, Stoke and Newcastle are also interested and boss David Moyes continually dampens down transfer window activity.

He said:”We want to bring players in and we will be trying to do that but there are no guarantees we will be successful.
