Hammers linked with Bundesliga man

|

West Ham are being linked with yet midfielder in the shape of Borussia Dortmund’s Shinji Kagawa.

It almost seems a case of different day, different midfielder with Andre Gomes and Fabian Delph reportedly on the manager Manuel Pellegrini’s wish list.

Kagawa was linked to the Irons in April and although he may be on a Pelle list he would be very low on it.

Barcelona’s Gomes is the one Pellegrini appears to have set his heart on with Delph a possible safety net signing should the club fail to get the Portugal international.

Kagawa carries a €12.5 million Borussia price tag whilst Delph is reportedly avaiaable at £15 million and Gomes between £25-£30m.

The 97 times capped Kagawa  spent a short spell at Manchester United between 2012-14 having been signed from Borussia Dortmund to where he returned and has since been loaned out to Turkish Super League outfit Besiktas.

He seems a very unlikely arrival.
