Flynn Downes is looking increasingly unlikely to return to West Ham next season, especially if Southampton gain promotion. And that is news that will come as a boost to Saints players and fans who are clearly impressed with the Hammers loanee.
Full-back Kyle Walker-Peters is hopeful that Downes will remain with Southampton for the 2024/25 season, following his impressive performances during his time with the Saints.
