Hammers poised to clear out another loan signing

|

jonathan-calleri-800x504West Ham are considering adding Jonathon Calleri to the list of outward bound players this winter.

The striker is currently injured from an Under 23 match and could be sidelined for up to six weeks with a hamstring injury.

But although the club haven’t yet made up their minds on the Argentine front man is likely to join Gokhan Tore and Alvaro Arbeloa in an exodus of loanees.

Calleri has been another striking flop despite all the hype claiming he was the greatest thing Argentine has seen for years before joining the Irons on a season long loan.

But his arrival has been a massive disappointment and he now looks certain to make the return journey to Deportivo Maldonado.

There were rumours that a deal had already been agreed mutually but a Hammers insider explained a few minutes again that wasn’t the case saying: “The manager will make a decision on that closer to January but it’s a possibility.”
