CandH Exclusive by Hughie Southon

West Ham have confirmed they are ready to listen to offers for Declan Rice next season.

Earlier today both ourselves and Exwhuemployee made it clear there was no chance of the Hammer selling our captain in January.

And it now seems that even were a massive offer to be made the club are adamant he will be with us until the end of the campaign.

However, they have confirmed what was revealed to us by a key London Road source weeks ago that things could take place in the summer which will see the 23-year-old on his way,

Following this morning’s report on CandH we went back to our top Hammers source asking whether there had been any approaches or direct offers,

And he made it clear by huis answer that indeed there may have been but wouldn’t say one way or another.

Instead he said: “There’s no way he will leave this season but things could start happening in the summer.”

He added however that a new contract offer would be made despite he and his father/agent have already refused one,
