Supporters group Hammers United say the results of an online survey, which closed on December 28th, have currently not yet been shared outside of their committee.
After Claret and Hugh asked for an update they sent a written communication in which they explained they have made a committee decision to share the results with the club first.
That would give the club first sight and a chance to respond, before the survey was shared with the wider fanbase and members.
Adding timeline is not ideal they say they are bound by their meeting with the club and the ratification of the Independent Supporters’ committee which was agreed at a virtual meeting on Wednesday night.
They told C&H they are mindful of the fact that they owe it to those who completed the survey, and those who helped promote it, to keep them informed of the survey results.
Earlier this week a member of the Hammers United committee went on talkSPORT radio explaining the survey had received over one thousand entries without giving specifics.
They previously said that 48% of those who responded were Hammers United members whom they claim now number 18,000 on their Facebook group.
West Ham United are also yet to publish results of their online survey which they also ran in December last year.
