West Ham have told fans who have bought tickets for the currently postponed Premier League matches they will still be able to use them for when the matches are rescheduled.

The Premier League remains suspended until at least April 30 after a meeting of the club’s and league representatives on Thursday morning.

And the games against  Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle, Burnley and Norwich have all been postponed until further notice although the Prime Minister’s statement that things could be getting back to normal within 12 weeks is good news for those holding tickets …and the rest of us.

In a statement, the club said: “All Season Tickets, General Admission match tickets, and Club London tickets will be valid for the rearranged fixtures with Wolverhampton Wanderers, Chelsea and Burnley at London Stadium.

“Tickets purchased by the travelling Claret & Blue Army for the trip to Tottenham Hotspur will also be valid for the rescheduled match.

“Details of the rearranged fixtures will be announced on whufc.com in due course.

The club added: “Everyone at the Club is pulling together at this unprecedented time and our thoughts and wishes are with all of our supporters, particularly those affected by Covid-19 and those older or more vulnerable members of our community.”
