Hammers touch down in Malta

touchdownThe West Ham team touched down in Malta just before 12 Noon today in preparation for their second leg Europa League qualifier against Birkirkara FC.

James Tomkins, Aaron Cresswell, Mark Noble, Winston Reid, Matt Jarvis, Darren Randolph, Kevin Nolan, Adrian, Maiga,  Morgan Amalfitano, Chek Kouyate and James Collins were all pictured disembarking from the unmarked chartered plane at Malta’s international airport.

The Maltese Hammers and other West Ham fans were there to greet him and manager Slaven Bilic, Mark Noble and Aaron Cressswell posed with fans for pictures in the airport.

West Ham kick off at 7.45pm tomorrow in the Malta National Stadium with a capacity of 18,000. 400 Hammers fans are expected to make the trip to join the local Maltese Hammers.
