Irons linked with another midfielder

Steven_N'Zonzi_(cropped)West Ham are reported to be among the clubs interested in Stoke midfielder Steven N’Zonzi who is also believed to be tracked by West Brom and Aston Villa.

Seville bid £3 million  last week and that was turned down immediately with The Potters valuing the player at double £6 million.

N’Zonzi has one year left on his contract at the Britannia and has rejected a new offer so Stoke need to sell but the Hammers will wait on a meeting with new manager Slaven Bilic before deciding whether to make a move.

Bilic wants a creative midfieder rather than another attacking option in the middle of the park and remains keen on Dimitri Payet.

West Brom are probably favouritesas Tony Pulis brought N’Zonzi from Blackburn for £3m during his time at Stoke and would welcome the chance to be re-united with the player he once described as a certainty to play Champions League football

His price will rise to about £7 million before he leaves and he is not worth that he is no better than Noble or Jarvis

I think he’s another Pulis thug and can’t see how we need him so off to WBA he goes.
