David Moyes has explained that it’s as quiet on the inward front as it is the outward during the current window.

ClaretandHugh revealed yesterday (Thurs) that there was surprise among club insiders there had been no approach for Andriy Yarmolenko in particular.

It is also clear that Ryan Fredericks, who like the Ukranian, is out of contract in June, would be another the Hammers are ready to move on as the club looks more in terms of freeing up the wage bill rather than receiving sizeable transfer fees.

But, in what is a very slow moving window there have been no bids or enquiries from anywhere for either them or surplus to requirements goalkeeper Darren Randolph.

Talking to reporters Moyes made the position clear saying: “We’ve had no offers from anyone in what you’d call our first team squad, we’ve had enquiries for some of our young players.

We’ve had nothing for what you’d class as our first team.”
