He said: “Divin was offered a contract 12 months ago but he’s the one not agreeing to sign a contract. “We really like Divin, he’s an East End boy and a West Ham supporter, a great lad, we love him to bits. I feel the best thing for Divin is to sign a contract at West Ham.
“A lot of are getting impatient but the bigger problem is their agents want to take them away and get games elsewhere. So many are making the wrong decisions. There’s a few boys that have left here who have made incredibly wrong decisions.
“They’re in a great environment here. We’re a football club who want to put young players in. In the main we don’t have huge squads, we’re not buying all the time.
“There’s a few who left here and made big mistakes. If they are not careful they can get bad information about what they are doing and how their career path should go.”
Seriously non-stop on the same theme 24/7. Is there anyone left with a different view.
The issue is that nobody who has stayed has prospered under Moyes. All very well for him to use hindsight to say those who left have not soared, but they might have, no thanks to him. It’s clear to us fans that apart from Thursdays tokenism he has completely ignored Mubama in favour of really out of form Antonio and Ings. Also, others like Cornet completely blanked in true Moyes style. He is blinkered and flawed and at the moment getting away with it.
Again Mubama not even on the subs bench. Better sign the contract Divin- even though it sounds enforced.
